DEVICE
FOR SUTURELESS ANASTOMOSIS
IN
AORTIC SURGERY
REFERENCES
The
device was extensively evaluated in animal experiments, confirming the expected
results and advantages. In particular animal experiments were conducted mainly
in swine descending aorta at lab of Experimental Surgery of University of
Pavia. More recently further swine experiments
were successfully conducted at Cardiothotacic Surgery Dept of Second Military
Medical University, Changhai Hospital, Shanghai, RP China.
Experimental
and clinical data were reported at major international meetings and published
in major peer reviewed international Journal.
